· The belly of Paris
· Inspired by Emile Zola’s novel The belly of Paris.
Installation, plaster casts
· Installation of a hundred plaster casts of fish. Placed above the spectator they are not visible at first sight. They create a poetic vision, like a surrealistic rain but they can also look like a threat about to fall down from the ceiling on the spectator. Taken separately these sculptures have the coldness and harshness of plaster but find an organic abundance in the multiplication of each of them.
